From 1923 to 1937, Manhattan, New York's Dyckman Oval hosted the Cuban Stars (East), the New York Cubans and the New York Black Yankees, who played in the Eastern Colored League, the American Negro League and the Negro National League. Today: Demolished (1938). The Dyckman Cornerstone community center and playground now stand on the site.
